We do not believe that insurance companies should dictate the care you receive. That is why our services are self-pay. We offer affordable chiropractic care for families in St. Augustine. We can provide you with a super-bill so that you can submit your claims to your insurance company for POSSIBLE reimbursement directly back to you. We are out-of-network and non-participating with all insurance companies. We do not bill third-party or private insurance companies. All payments are due when services are rendered. 

We are not contracted with Medicare or any associated Medicare supplemental type of plans. Because of this, we do not accept any Medicare eligible patients.
